A Week In Arizona

This past July, a few friends and I flew west to Show Lo, Arizona, to volunteer on an impoverished Apache Reservation. While it was filled with team building opportunities and lots of hard work that let us brvomr, it was also a chance to discover one of the quirkiest fun areas I have traveled ever to. There were a few "fun days" to explore Arizona and get to know some of the fun attractions.
We all had our favorite shops of all we visited, we met lots old Tribal Chiefs running old fashioned "Trading Post" type stores. This picture represents my favorite part of our day out, from an older man who owned a unique Native goods that introduced us to his charming "Garden of Rust". It gave us a good laugh when he told us rust was the best thing he could grow, so he looked on the bright side and started a garden of, rust. That moment alone in my travels this summer made me realize that there's a bright side to everything if you look for it!
