Childrens time in Pittsburgh!

Small children and big fun is hard to find, when looking for a fun place to take our 4 and 1 year old we came across the perfect place! We spent a 3 day vacation in beautiful Pittsburgh going to Idlewild park and the Pittsburgh zoo. It was a huge surprise for the kids walking into a zoo they had never seen before.

We had a day spent with an up close view of amazing animals, eating ice cream, and finding the perfect stuffed animal to add to our colection. The next day we went to Idlewild park for a perfect day of rollercoasters, face painting, waterpark, story book forest, mister rogers neighborhood, and even a circus! This place was amazing with only one ride our 4 year old couldn't get on it was perfectly catered to her.

They loved seeing all their story book characters up close and listeneing to the childrens songs throughout the park. It was a perfect place to take our kids we only wish we had more time to stay so we could go to kennywood and the childrens museum!
