One of my superiors needed a visa to Egypt and I was left in charge of obtaining it for him. I had no idea what to do and I remembered I had received a flier from a company that offered these services: Direct Passport and Visa. I gave them a call…they guided me step by step on all the procedures and paperwork that was needed to get the visa. After I had my documents gathered, I contacted them via email and they came by and personally picked up the paperwork from our office. The Egyptian website stated 4-6 business days but Tony and his crew were able to get it done in just 2 days!!!! I can't believe the services this company offers! I had to attend a conference in Beijing and I realized that I didn't have any validity on my current Chinese Visa. Not to mention I didn't have enough required pages in my passport in order to process a new Chinese Visa! I called Direct passport and they said they could get me extra pages in my passport and then process my Chinese Visa in a total of 3 days! I gave them the job... within two hours they were at my office picking up all of my paperwork! Yes, I did pay a total of $250.00 just for their services but I compared prices online and they were very competitive. Not to mention I could have never twisted the bureaucracy of the passport office or the Chinese Consulate myself. Let the pros do the the job! Tony saved the day for my husband's trip to Brazil. He was traveling to Sao Paulo for a conference and we didn't realize he needed a visa until he got to the airport and they wouldn't let him check in. We thought all was lost as everyone else said it would take 15 business days, minimum. We had to see if there was any other way to get him to Brazil in time for his presentation, and that's when we found Tony with Direct Passports. Tony answered my call on a Sunday and was patient when I called back several times with questions. We ended up driving him the documents on Monday and he prepared it and sent it out the same day, guaranteeing that the visa would arrive by Saturday at noon so that my husband could fly out Saturday night. He gave us an update on Tuesday saying it might arrive as early as Friday, but he couldn't promise that. Sure enough, it arrived Friday morning by FedEx, and we were able to change my husband's flight so he could get out a day earlier. Tony kept us informed every step of the way and would only make promises he was sure he could keep. He was even very cool about payment and offered us the option of paying later. My son went on his first trip to germany to visit his grandparents. Since my schedule was so busy I didn’t even notice that his passport was expired. I had about 5 days to come up with a new passport. I was prepared to cancel the whole trip. When I went online and searched express passport service I found Direct Passport. I went in that day and got his Passport about 3 days later. It was great service and I didn’t mine paying the little extra fee. It was really worth it. I have a trip scheduled to depart this friday to Mexico for my brothers wedding! I checked on the travel.state.gov website and it said that expedited services can take up to 2 weeks to process. What kind of expediting is that? So I goggled rush passport Houston, TX and was directed to Direct Passport and Visa. I called and spoke with a kind representative who assured me not to worry. I got my documents sealed as requested and gave it to them yesterday morning. I just now got a call from them saying that my passport is READY! 24 Hours People!!! I just got my citizenship a few days ago and I really wanted to " seal the deal " by getting my Passport. Nothing to say but EXTRAORDINARY Work! These people got me my U.S. Passport in literally 1 Day! There is no way in Hell I would ever be able to do that alone! If you need a Brazilian Visa in a hurry, check these guys out. They are fast, friendly and customer service driven. They e-mail, they call and let you know how things are going. I have gone to Brazil about 15 times and have never had to use an expeditor. I found a last minute cheap fare to Brazil and needed a VISA fast. I took a chance and purchased the tickets and then I called several expeditors who told me it was too late and they had very expensive fees. I kept searching the internet for expeditors in Houston and found Direct Passport. I called Tony at Direct Passport and he quoted a reasonable fee and was very honest about the fact that I might not be able to get the Brazilian Visa with such short notice. To make a long story shorter. I got my visa two hours before my flight to Brazil. Absolutely amazing!!
