hello, my name is Hirak and I want to change my passport's name to Hirakkumar from Hirak. All my academics certificate contains Hirakkumar.

And I also want to know if my name cannot be changed can it cause any problem?

Even if your academic certificates are in the name Kirakkumar, that should not be a problem. For example, the name Nick is short for Nicholas so they both would pass for the same name.
