Instructions and Korea Visa Application

• Your current passport.

• Two-passport photos (2"x2") front view with a white background: Please Do Not staple your pictures onto the application.

• Copy of airline ticket or itinerary.

• Business Visas Only. Disregard the following if applying for tourist visa. One business letter on company letterhead stating duration of stay, organization you are visiting and purpose. A guarantee of financial responsibility from your company also needs to be in the letter. Someone other than yourself must provide a signature.

• Non-US passport holders need to provide a copy of valid green card, front and back.
