My trip to the lost city of Petra

Remember Indiana Jones in his quest for the holy grail. He gallops through this winding canyon and comes upon the site of the holy grail, this temple built into the cliff.

Well, my friends, that spot was the "Treasury" located in the lost city of Petra in Jordan.

Exotic you say, walking through a mile long canyon, emerging to see this fabulous ancient burial tomb lost for hundreds of years...known only to the locals. Yes, this was the most exciting site I've seen since the pyramids! But that's another story!
