• Please click here to fill out the application for UK passport renewal. Make sure to put your signature on the application before shipping to us.

• Your current passport.

• Two-passport photos (2"x2") front view with a white background: Please Do Not staple your pictures onto the application. Countersign the Photo: One of the photographs must be countersigned by the person who has also countersigned the application. Endorse the back of the photograph by writing "I certify that this is a true likeness of (insert the name of applicant)" and add your signature and the date on which the likeness was compared. Applicant's relatives and notary public will not be accepted as countersignatory.

• Flight itinerary is required to demonstrate urgency of departure.

• Copy of green card, US visa or US passport.

• Call us so we can email you our authorization letter. You will then need to print out THREE copies and sign each copy.
