One of the most prestigious locations in the world is The Palm Jumeriah, Dubai. This palm shaped, man-made island not only offers luxury living accommodation but also a variety of hotels, shops and restaurants along with plenty of exciting tourist attractions, and is dubbed to be part of the 8th Wonder of the World by supporters of the building project. It lies in between the other man-made islands on the Jumeriah coast - Palm Jebel Ali, Palm Deira, and The World Islands.Famous names to be linked with property in The Palm Jumeriah include David Beckham, Tiger Woods and Michael Schumacher.
The crescent of the palm spans 11 kilometres, around 16 fronds, all of which have their own community feel. Parts of the island are still under construction, but even so the island still offers something for everyone, especially residents. A dedicated community management team take care of offering concierge style services for all residents, and there is plenty of room to moor a boat or luxury yacht in the harbours. The entire community also prides it self on the secure environment of the gated and manned areas making the palm a safe place for all to enjoy.
Palm Jumeriah is easy to travel to, being just 30 minutes from Dubai International airport and the Jumeriah attractions and Central Business District.

Children can enjoy playing on the golden sandy beaches, riding on the island's monorail which connects with the mainland, and enjoying the underwater sealife at the Atlantis hotel's exhibitions. Handy for getting around, the monorail runs every 15 minutes and has the capicity to carry 40,000 passengers daily. If the monorail's a little too slow and steady, thrillseekers can take a splash at the Aquaventure waterpark, that has some of the most exciting water rides in the world including a shark filled lagoon to ride through!
